ProKnees Black Friday Sale: Official Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. Participation in this sale constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Sale Duration and Availability

• Official Sale Period: The ProKnees Black Friday Sale begins at 12:00am Monday, November 24th and ends at 11:59 PM EST on Monday, December 1st.
• Availability: All products and discounts are strictly while supplies last. We cannot guarantee stock levels throughout the duration of the sale.
• No Price Adjustments: Sale prices are valid only during the official Sale Period. The company will not honor the sale price for purchases made before or after these specific dates, nor will it honor prices from previous promotions.

Discount Structure

The sale applies exclusively to products within the ProKnees line. Discounts are automatically applied to the eligible products' price in the cart and cannot be combined with any other coupon code or offer.

• 10% OFF: All AP16s and accessories priced at $25.00 USD or less
• 30% OFF: All 0714 and 0714 Wide Knee Pads.
• 50% OFF: All remaining ProKnees products and accessories not listed above.

Returns and Exchanges (FINAL SALE POLICY)

• ALL DISCOUNTED SALES ARE FINAL. Products purchased during the Black Friday Sale are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
• Defective Products: Defective or damaged products received may be eligible for replacement under our standard warranty policy, even though sales are final.
• Warranty: The standard ProKnees product warranty will still apply to all items purchased during the sale.

Shipping and Fulfillment

• Domestic Shipping Only: We ship within the United States only. International orders are not accepted.
• Standard Shipping: All standard shipping rules and costs apply to sale orders.
• Holiday Closure: Independence Flooring & Supply will be closed for business from Wednesday, November 26th through Sunday, November 30th (reopening Monday, December 1st). No orders will be processed or shipped during this closure period.
• Order Processing: Order confirmations and shipping updates will be sent once your order has been processed. All orders received during the sale (11/24–12/1) will be shipped in the order they were received, starting on Monday, December 1st.
• Shipping Timeline: Our goal is to ship all sale orders within 3–5 business days of the reopening date. Shipping times may be delayed depending on the total sales volume.

• Right to Modify: Independence Flooring & Supply reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
