Return Policy
At Independence Flooring & Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your tools or installation accessories, we offer returns within the guidelines outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days after receipt of merchandise.
Product Condition: All returned items must be:
- New and unused
- In original packaging with all labels and tags intact
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders: We can only accept and ship orders to addresses in the United States at this time.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at orders@ifsupply.com within 14 days of receiving your merchandise
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions

Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
Opened Package Policy: Products removed from original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee due to inability to resell as new.
Delayed Refunds: If it has been more than 14 business days since we received your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@ifsupply.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Consumable products (adhesives, sealers, grouts, caulks, etc.)
- Cut-to-length items or custom-sized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Discontinued products
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
Special Circumstances
Electrical Tools and Safety Equipment: These items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for return.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team at orders@ifsupply.com immediately. Defective items may be covered under manufacturer warranty rather than our standard return policy.

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Independence Flooring & Supply. Returns are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
