Primatech Free Hose Promotion: Terms & Conditions

1. Overview Receive one (1) free Primatech Air Hose ("Gift") with the purchase of any new Primatech Nail Gun ("Qualifying Product") from Independence Flooring & Supply. This offer is valid while supplies last.

2. Eligibility

  • This promotion is only applicable to the purchase of new Primatech branded nail guns.
  • Refurbished, used, or open-box units are excluded from this promotion unless otherwise stated.
  • Offer is valid for purchases made starting March 16, 2026 until stock is depleted.

3. Limitations

  • Limit one (1) free Gift per Qualifying Product purchased. * If multiple Primatech nail guns are purchased in a single transaction, a corresponding number of Gifts will be provided, subject to availability.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other specific discounts, wholesale pricing, or "Price Match" guarantees unless approved by Independence Flooring & Supply management.
  • The Gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for store credit, cash, or discounts on other items.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • The "Full Kit" Rule: If you choose to return the Qualifying Product (the Primatech nail gun) for a refund, the Gift (the hose) must also be returned in its original, unused packaging.
  • Deduction for Non-Return: If the Qualifying Product is returned without the Gift, the full retail value of the Gift ($65) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • In the event of a warranty claim on the nail gun, the Gift does not need to be returned; only the defective unit will be serviced or replaced.

5. Availability & Substitutions

  • This promotion is strictly "While Supplies Last." [Your Store Name] does not offer "Rainchecks" or backorders for the Gift once inventory is exhausted.
  • [Your Store Name] reserves the right to substitute a Gift of equal or greater value if the original hose model becomes unavailable.

6. Right to Modify Independence Flooring & Supply reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice due to inventory levels, suspected fraud, or technical errors.
